LANCO Construction is a family-owned and operated provider of commercial building services to clients who value integrity, resourcefulness and timeliness for all of their commercial construction needs. With a repeat client rate of over 85%, LANCO Construction proves that pride in what you do can sustain respectful partnerships that spans decades. We have raised the beam on quality since 1983 throughout the Gulf Coast Region, and continue our commitment by getting the job done right the first time, on time and on budget. LANCO Construction started humbly in 1983 as a two-man operation, when founder, Lou Lanza, brought on friend Sam Milton to forge a company that showcased reliability, experience, and integrity for the construction trade. They worked with local partners who valued their hard work and no-nonsense demeanor, and shared a mutual respect for prosperity within their community. The men’s honesty and ability to ‘tell it like it is’ enabled the duo to expand to what LANCO Construction is today: A broad-scope, team-based commercial construction company that honors its roots by showcasing integrity as the keystone of the company.
