We needed a specific part to get one of our customers taken care of, and they had what we needed and got it to us right away.

Yes, we’re competitors — but at the end of the day, we’re both in the business of taking care of our customers. Sometimes that means helping each other out so a customer isn’t left waiting when there’s a problem that needs to be solved.

I think there’s something pretty cool about two local companies being able to compete, push each other to be better, and still lend a hand when it’s needed.
