We're proud to share that the Michigan State University Student Recreation and Wellness Center has earned a 2026 CAM Magazine Project Achievement Award. At more than 300,000 square feet, this transformative facility creates a new hub for recreation, wellness and connection, enhancing the student experience and enriching campus life for generations of Spartans.

This recognition reflects the collaboration and dedication of MSU and the exceptional team of architects at Moody Nolan and ROSSETTI, engineers at Peter Basso Associates, Inc and trade partners who helped bring the vision to life. Together, we created a destination designed to support student well-being, foster community and serve as a centerpiece of campus for years to come.

What a great day at the Carpenters Combine! It was inspiring to see so many people show up to explore careers in the skilled trades, connect with industry professionals and showcase their talents.

Events like this help build the future workforce while creating opportunities in Oakland County and the Pontiac community. Thank you to everyone who participated and to the many partners who helped make it happen. We're excited to see the impact these connections will have for years to come.

Exciting things are taking shape in West Michigan!

We were proud to join the MSU Federal Credit Union team, project partners and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking of two new branches in the Grand Rapids area.

Located at Knapp’s Corner and Gaines Marketplace, these new branches will expand access to financial services and strengthen connections with members across the region.

We're grateful for the opportunity to continue partnering with MSUFCU and look forward to bringing these spaces to life.

We're proud to have helped bring the new Sheetz Distribution Center to life and celebrate its official opening with project partners, employees and community members.

The new 512,000-square-foot facility in Findlay, Ohio is a significant investment in the future of Sheetz's Midwest operations. The campus includes a warehouse, bakery and kitchen production space, offices, employee amenities through the Shwellness program, truck service facilities and a dedicated wastewater treatment plant, all thoughtfully designed to support long-term growth.

We were honored to join Van Buren Public Schools in celebrating the groundbreaking of its new Operations Building this week.

Designed to better support the district's operations teams, the new facility will provide improved working environments for staff and deliver upgraded spaces for the grounds, transportation and mechanic teams who help keep the district running every day.

We're excited to help create a space that supports the essential teams working behind the scenes to keep the schools moving forward.

A fresh new look is welcoming fans to Al Ritt Stadium!

Big progress is taking shape at Dexter Community Schools. Our team recently installed the new entrance and stadium sign at Al Ritt Stadium, marking another milestone in the transformation underway across campus.

Work continues on upgrades to the stadium, baseball and softball fields, the high school entrance, the weight room addition and the highly anticipated Dexter Fieldhouse, all designed to enhance the student-athlete and community experience.
