Welcome home, Bulldogs!

Today, our team joined Ferris State University staff, faculty, students and project partners to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Stadium Hall, the first residence hall built in the end zone of a football stadium in Michigan.

For our project team, made up largely of Ferris State University alumni, this milestone was especially meaningful. The day was filled with tours, thoughtful remarks from those who helped bring the vision to life and plenty of excitement as move-in week approaches.

Thank you to everyone who played a role in making Stadium Hall a reality. We can't wait to see the next generation of Bulldogs call it home!

Colton Koepplinger joins Granger as a Project Engineer, supporting the team in Lansing, Michigan. Colton brings a strong technical background and experience in field engineering, project coordination, logistics planning and marine construction. His problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach will be a great addition to the team. ..
Lee Dameron joins Granger as a Safety Manager, supporting the team in Southeast Michigan. Lee brings decades of construction and safety experience, and his practical approach to safety, strong field presence and dedication to creating a culture where everyone goes home safely each day will make him a valuable addition to our team.

Team members from the Rouge River Gateway Greenway project joined community members, local leaders, stakeholders and Friends of the Rouge to celebrate an exciting milestone as Phase 2 officially got underway with a groundbreaking ceremony and bridge setting.

This long-awaited phase will extend the riverside trail system, helping connect residents to one of southeast Michigan’s most important natural assets while improving access to the Rouge River. Once complete, the project will provide safer, cleaner trails and expanded opportunities for recreation, paddling and connecting with nature throughout the area.

We are excited to deliver this transformative project to the Dearborn community!

The Crisis Care Center is now open, bringing critical mental health services to youth and adults across the greater Lansing region.

Granger Construction was proud to partner with Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties (CMHA-CEI) and project stakeholders to transform a former hospital into a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide accessible, compassionate care when it is needed most.

Kyle joins Granger Construction as an Assistant Project Manager, supporting the team in Macomb County, Michigan. Kyle brings experience managing and supporting a variety of complex projects across a variety of market segments, where he managed schedules and change orders and built strong relationships with clients and trade partners.

Yesterday, Granger team members joined Holt Public Schools teachers, administrators, students and community members to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the new Sycamore Elementary School.

This new facility will provide students with a more comfortable and engaging learning environment, featuring updated classrooms, modern amenities, and of course, a brand-new playground! Thank you to everyone who joined us for this exciting milestone. We look forward to an incredible school year for the Sycamore Elementary community.

The Granger Gives Week wrapped up with two projects in the greater Lansing area. Our Give-A-Kid team spent the afternoon volunteering with Give-A-Kid Projects in Holt, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting disadvantaged children and families through essentials like clothing, school supplies, household items, holiday gifts and more.

Our team spent the day enhancing outdoor spaces, staining two fences and the entrance ramp, tackling landscaping projects, and helping organize donations throughout the facility.

Throughout Granger Gives Week, our employees came together to support organizations making a real impact in their communities. We're grateful for the opportunity to give back to the places we call home.

The Granger Gives Week wrapped up with two projects in the greater Lansing area. Team Angel House headed to Mason to Child and Family Charities Angel House, a residential independent living program that supports pregnant and parenting young women, helping them build essential life and parenting skills.

Thanks to the generous support of RAM Construction Services, we remediated a water infiltration issue by excavating, repairing and applying new waterproofing materials. Shout out to our teammates from Central Excavating for the dirt work! The team deep-cleaned the kitchen and did some power washing and landscaping, as well. Thank you to the staff at Angel House for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated!
