25 years.

A quarter of a century has passed, yet for so many, September 11th will never feel like just another day on the calendar.

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives taken far too soon. We honor the firefighters, police officers, first responders, military members, and ordinary people who ran toward danger when every instinct said to run away.

We remember the families who said goodbye that morning without knowing it would be the last time. The children who grew up without a parent. The parents who never got to see their children come home. The spouses, siblings, friends, coworkers, and communities who carried an unimaginable loss forward.

We also remember what came after—the strangers who helped strangers, the hands that reached through the rubble, the communities that gathered together, and a country that reminded us just how powerful compassion, courage, and unity can be.

25 years later, may we continue to tell their stories.

May we honor the lives lost by choosing kindness.
May we remember the heroes by helping one another.
May we never take an ordinary goodbye for granted.
And may we never forget.

In memory of those we lost.
In honor of those who served.
In gratitude for those who helped.

🌞 A Friendly Reminder During This Heat Wave 🌞

With temperatures soaring and a holiday weekend upon us, we wanted to ask for a little kindness and patience.

When your air conditioning stops working, we know how uncomfortable—and sometimes stressful—that can be. Please know that our entire team understands the urgency and is doing everything we can to help every customer as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians are everyday people. They are spending long days, often working well into the evening, away from their own families during the holiday weekend, to restore comfort to yours. They are giving it everything they've got, but there are only so many hours in a day and only so many technicians available.

Due to extremely high demand, appointment times may be scheduled later in the evening, and in some cases, service may take 24–48 hours. We know that's not ideal, but we promise we are working through every call as quickly and safely as possible.

Please also remember that the Customer Service Representatives answering your calls are doing everything in their power to help. They don't control the weather or the number of service calls coming in—they are scheduling the very first available appointment and working tirelessly to keep everyone informed.

A smile. A kind word. A little patience. It truly goes a long way.

We are incredibly grateful for your understanding and your trust in us. Thank you for allowing us to serve your family and for supporting the hardworking men and women who are doing everything they can to keep our community cool.

With the warmer temperatures settling in, we're already seeing our phones ringing more and more. If your air conditioner decides to take an unexpected vacation, give us a call as soon as possible. The earlier you call, the better chance we have of getting to you the same day or within 24 hours, depending on call volume.
