This home got the works — shingles, flat roofing AND new gutters! 🏠🔨

We tackled the entire roofing system:

– Complete shingle tear-off down to the roof deck
– Ice & water shield along all eaves and valleys
– Synthetic underlayment
– New drip edge and starter shingles
– New pipe, wall, and chimney flashings
– New box vents for proper ventilation
– Architectural shingles, storm-nailed for added wind protection

But we weren't done there!

We also removed the old rolled roofing and replaced it with a new EPDM rubber roofing system.

Then we finished the exterior with new 5" seamless gutters along all eaves to help move water away from the home where it belongs.

This shed needed more than just a new roof — it needed to be rebuilt underneath too! 🏠🔨

We tore off the old roofing and got to work:

– Repaired damaged rafters
– Removed and replaced bad wood
– Installed two layers of decking where needed
– Added new synthetic underlayment
– Installed all-new ribbed metal roofing
– Finished it with new corners and ridge cap

Now this shed has a solid structure underneath and a metal roof built to protect it for years to come.

This one was a complete rebuild from the deck up.

The home had multiple layers of old roofing, so we tore everything off and completed a full re-deck before installing a brand-new roofing system.

Here's what went into it:
– Complete re-deck of the entire home
– Ice & water shield at all eaves and valleys
– Premium synthetic underlayment
– Tan drip edge
– New flashing around pipes, walls, and chimney
– Built a chimney saddle to keep water moving where it should
