This one was all about the details.

We cleaned around all pipe areas, wrapped and sealed the flashings, and made sure everything was protected the right way.

Also went along the eave edge and:
– Secured loose screws
– Sealed everything with silicone to prevent leaks

This one was all about tightening up the exterior and stopping future problems.

We went through and:
– Secured loose siding across the house
– Replaced broken siding (front & side)
– Installed new corner posts
– Fixed soffit on the driveway side
– Added flashing where it was missing (roof aprons & above back door)
– Built out and wrapped the back door area for a clean, finished look

We tore out rotted wood above the front door under the dormer, rebuilt it, and installed new shingles with proper wall flashing at the transition.

Also handled:
– Replaced damaged cap on chimney saddle
– Fixed cap where house peak meets garage
– Secured lifting shingles on backside rake edge
– Replaced a nail-popped shingle near garage peak tie-in

We tied everything back in as clean as possible — but with older roofs, natural wear can make a perfect shingle match tough.
