It is with a heavy, heavy heart I write this through tears.
Today, we lost an incredible friend, coworker, and HUGE part of the Land Visions family.
Kevin Cobb was a huge part of Team Land Visions in so many ways; a pillar we all leaned on. Everyone felt comfortable talking to Kevin and walked away feeling better. No matter how difficult the landscape project, snow event, or how big the challenge was, Kevin always had the same response: βNO PROBLEM.β And somehow, he always found a way to get it done while raising the morale of everyone around him.
More importantly, Kevin made the people around him better in so many ways, whether he or they knew it. He worked hard, made everyone laugh, and was someone you could ALWAYS count on. His love for the Michigan Wolverines (we forgave him for that) and Detroit Lions was only matched by the loyalty and heart he showed to the very small circle of people in his life. That circle was his beloved wife, family, friends, and Land Visions.
Kevin will be missed more than words can express. As a company and as his friends, one of the best ways we can honor him is to carry a little bit of Kevin with us every dayβto work a little harder, help each other a little more, laugh whenever we can, make others around us laugh a little more, make somebodyβs day better as often as we can, and when things get tough, remember his famous words:
βNO PROBLEM.β
I am 100% sure that when it was time to transition to eternal life, Kevin said, βNO PROBLEM. I am ready, letβs roll,β with a βWHOOOOβ!!!!
Kevin loved yelling out his best Ric Flair βWHOOOOβ after an obstacle was cleared or a job was finished.
We will find ways to honor Kevin as often as we can and make sure his impact on Land Visions is never forgotten.
We take comfort knowing that Kevin is now pain-free and reunited in heaven with his brother and Dad.
Rest easy, Kevin. We will miss you terribly, and we will do our best to make you proud. Love you always, Kevin Cobb. Thank you for making Land Visions a better place.
Love you and will miss you Kevy!
