Swipe through these before-and-after photos of a 4,500-square-foot student housing clubhouse renovation in Auburn, Alabama.

The RC Contractors team transformed this space from a closed-off, outdated facility into a modern amenity center designed to enhance the resident experience. By reconfiguring walls and completely updating the interior, the clubhouse now features a more open and inviting lobby, expanded fitness areas, upgraded amenities, and fresh finishes throughout.

From new flooring, drywall, paint, doors, trim, cabinetry, bathrooms, and wall coverings to decorative lighting and modern design elements, every detail was thoughtfully updated to create a space residents can enjoy for years to come.

Julian joined RC Contractors in 2017, starting out painting buildings and learning the construction industry from the ground up. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, he has grown into a Superintendent role, helping lead projects and support our teams in the field.

The RC Contractors team is putting the finishing touches on a 4,500-square-foot student housing clubhouse renovation in Morgantown, West Virginia. Beginning with the project vision and renderings, followed by January and June progress photos, you can see how this space has evolved into a modern amenity center designed with residents in mind.

By removing walls, expanding the fitness center, adding new windows, and completely updating finishes throughout the facility, this once closed-off clubhouse has been transformed into a bright, open, and welcoming environment.

From custom metal panels and decorative lighting to new bathrooms, cabinetry, wallcoverings, and upgraded finishes, every detail was designed to enhance the resident experience.
