Coastal Renew specializes in unique situations. On this project, not only did the pool area require soil stabilization, drainage was also needed to prevent water from damaging the finished basement. Due to incorrect grading when the concrete was poured, after every rain storm, the basement would flood in this particular corner. To help stop the water from getting into the basement, we stabilized the soil under the concrete patio. Then, a channel drain was added to divert water running back towards the foundation.
