With the I-Stair System you can have peace of mind knowing the geometry of your stairs will never be a reason for failing an inspection! Time and money are key factors for any business no matter the size. Using the engineered, modernized I-Stair System we allow builders such as Eastbrook Homes, to shave HOURS off the construction of each staircase. The way it works is simple. Using the specifications of your blueprints (or if you prefer notify us of the measurements) we build the stairs in our facility and deliver them to the job site assembled and finish ready according to your schedule. My name is Aric Ketchum I am the owner of LAJStairs LLC. We make pre-manufactured stairs using the patented and ICC certified I-Stair System. We feel our system is the future of step building! The way it works is simple. You send us your blue prints or the measurement's of the stairs you need, we build them to your specifications in our facility and deliver the stairs right to your job site. These stairs are durable and lightweight with a standard 14 rise staircase weighing about 250 LBS. They can be installed by 2 people in only 15 minutes!
