Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for the office, managing daily administrative tasks
- Maintain organization across multiple projects and priorities
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, expense tracking, and paying bills
- Assist with budget monitoring and financial record-keeping
- Oversee rentals and property-related tasks
- Assist with permitting, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Manage 20+ rental properties with tenant screening, leases, rent collection, property accounting, and maintenance requests
- Manage subcontractor agreements, schedules, and communication
- Ensure timely payments and contract compliance

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in office management, preferably in construction or property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with accounting (QuickBooks) and basic bookkeeping
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Licensed Notary Public is a plus but not required

What We Offer
- Hourly rate: $20-$24/hour, depending on experience and qualifications with (30-35 hours a week)
