Almost at the half way point. The few on the pallet makes 120. The other 120 finally came in and one of their helpers is removing the paint on the ends with a wire wheel on a bench grinder. The stack on the pallet are ready and the box still have to be done. Had to pull of it for a day because their having the DEF deleted so we couldn't move it. The mechanic still has a day left and he didn't show today so. More to follow..

Gouged quite a few tips off. Started welding tips on, got a lot of them welded on both sides of the fronts. Didn't take pics of completion so far. It's Friday and we wanted out of there. I'll be sure to update the results on Monday.

I've got 240 soil compactor tips to replace. Started gouging them off yesterday. We'll roll it forward in the morning and start gouging some more. That's a pic of Alex, their mechanic/welder grinding the other side for me. He also tacked the teeth on that side for me. We started before dawn. His helper was using a bench grinder with a wire brush removing the paint on the weld ends. Nothing like the smell of Cat yellow burning as you weld. lol
Mechanics will be deleting the motor tomorrow so we'll work the front.

They attempted to push this small track loader with another loader. Ended up putting a hole in the Diesel tank, Hydraulic tank and also the fuel filter. =\
I patched the holes in both tanks, they spray painted them.
Next up is 240 new soil compactor tips......... More to follow. ;)

This Grapple is done. I also fixed the crack but I didn't get a pic.
Coming up I have a Drag Pan cutter bar repair and tooth holes in a hydraulic tank and fuel tank of a dozer from someone pushing it with a track loader.

Repaired a crack on a Diamond Z grinder mill mounting pad.

Damaged plate replaced on a Diamond Z Grinder.
I replaced the plate that had a hole in it. I used 3/8" AR400 and I also used 3/8" AR400 for the apron. Still have one apron left to do and a few more cracks.
