Major transformation in progress! 🏗️ Blackrock Development Management is currently on site, executing the full Starbucks Renovation inside the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC.

These "during" photos show our crews deep into the build-out—from demolition to the early framing and rough-in phase. We're leveraging our expertise to deliver a seamless retail transformation in a high-profile, operational environment. Meticulous planning ensures we minimize disruption to hotel guests and daily operations.

We're moving quickly toward the finish line and look forward to revealing a stunning new coffee destination for all the hotel guests and D.C. visitors!
