I can’t say enough great things about Shark Tree Service and its owner, Terrence. From the very first call, Terrence was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. He came out quickly to assess our trees, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave us a fair, transparent quote—no hidden surprises. On the day of the service, the crew arrived right on time and worked with incredible skill and efficiency. They handled some very large, overgrown trees with precision and safety, leaving the yard spotless when they were done. You could tell they take real pride in their work. What impressed me most was Terrence’s honesty and attention to detail. He went above and beyond—checking the health of a few other trees and even offering advice on how to keep them thriving. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about their craft and so committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and top-quality tree service, Shark Tree Service is the one to call. Terrence and his team are true professionals, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!

As advertised! First time using any tree removal company. I wanted a local company with a certified arborist. I appreciate that they have a website with clear info as well. Communication was easy and efficient. Terence got back to me quickly, and figured out a good time to come out based on my busy schedule. It was easy to come up with a plan, get a written estimate and schedule a date. I really appreciated how straightforward everything was and the pricing was very fair I thought! On a budget so that was super important. Terence had one other crew member working with him who did a great job and was very nice.I had one tree taken down and others trimmed. The tree was right on the fenceline and I was worried about my neighbor's brand new shed but everything came down in my yard and was cleaned up nicely! They arrived on time-early actually- and were all business. No surprises and always happy to answer any questions. Can't recommend them enough!

Shark to the rescue!A tree fell on my property while I was out of town for a few weeks. My horrid neighbor called the city on me, so I came home to a nastygram from the city and I only had a few days to tend to the situation. Terrence came out right away to take a look and then removed the tree THE VERY NEXT DAY! He even spread some grass seed on a bare patch near the tree removal site.Such a big help in a yukky situation. I was so happy to have the quick help from a dependable guy. Definitely recommend Shark again and again!

I recently hired Shark Tree Service to remove 2 large, dead ash trees from my front yard, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From the moment I called for a quote, their team was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. They arrived right on time, with all the necessary equipment, and took every precaution to ensure the job was done safely and efficiently. The crew worked quickly, carefully cutting down the tree in sections to avoid damage to nearby structures. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up—by the time they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. They walked me through the entire process beforehand and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees.If you're looking for reliable, professional tree removal, I highly recommend Shark Tree Service. I hired Shark Tree Service for brush removal, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mr. Sharkey and his assistant showed up right on time—no circling around like sharks, just straight to the job with professionalism and purpose. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I appreciated how safety-conscious they were throughout the process, and their pricing was very reasonable—no need to take out a second mortgage to clear some brush! If you’re looking for top-quality service with no drama, I highly recommend Shark Tree Service. These guys get the job done right and with a smile. Five stars all the way!

The best tree company around. Was able to get an estimate promptly. Terrance is communicative and shows up when he says he will. He provided advice on what to do balancing cost vs needed trimming/removal.I was Pleasantly surprised that he didn’t use a wood/brush chipper on site as it can leave a mess. Rather comes back with a truck and scoops it all up to chip offsite.Even went above and beyond and cleared some maple helicopters that were sprouting in my gutters while trimming the one tree.Would recommend Terrance to anyone around and will be using him going forward for all my tree needs.

Incredible experience! We needed a couple dead and a couple bad berry trees needing to come down and he give me an on the spot estimate, came back days after I booked him and did a very professional job! They went above and beyond to protect my lawn by using sheets/covers to drive their machinery and did the project in the quoted amount of time. I really appreciate the owners professionalism and enthusiasm for safety. As a side note, the owner is a huge animal lover and assured me he’s ok the look out for wildlife, going out of his way to protect the local squirrels.I wish I could review them twice.. because it was that good!
