It was a busy Monday this week; the customer opted for a 75-gallon power-vent water heater to replace the two older 50-gallon units. We installed the Rheem 4-year warranty extension kit, bringing this bad boy up to a 12-year warranty, and added a dechlorination and softening system to keep the water in check.

A client contacted us regarding the detection of a chlorine odor in their tap water and the presence of hard water stains on their dishes and shower enclosure. They subsequently opted for a dechlorination system to address both the chlorine and hard water issues. These systems are specifically designed to effectively manage the water quality prevalent in Lancaster County, thereby providing our clients with complete assurance.

Another successful swap out today! We walked the customer through bypassing their old unit, which immediately restored water pressure to the first floor. The second-floor faucet and shower needed a good cleaning due to a resin bed blowout. We also added a coconut carbon filter to combat incoming chlorine, ensuring the softener resin stays charged and ready to tackle hard water issues. Give us a call for a free estimate or water sample! ๐Ÿ“ž๐Ÿ’ง
