Another successful swap out today! We walked the customer through bypassing their old unit, which immediately restored water pressure to the first floor. The second-floor faucet and shower needed a good cleaning due to a resin bed blowout. We also added a coconut carbon filter to combat incoming chlorine, ensuring the softener resin stays charged and ready to tackle hard water issues. A beautiful day to pull a 400 footer! In response to an urgent call regarding no water, it was determined that the 40-year-old pump had exceeded its operational lifespan.
