Some before and after pictures of a condo in Columbus that had been rented out for 20 plus years. Customer wanted to spend as little as possible to get it ready for the market. Hardwood floors underneath the carpet were in great shape. Stripped wallpaper, patched and repaired plaster walls. Painted walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. New toilet and vanity in bathroom, painted mirror and lights in bathroom. If this was my property I would have removed the tile in the bathroom and replaced with new tile just around the tub/shower. Amazing what a little paint and elbow grease will do.

Crown molding is by far my favorite trim to install. It’s always important to glue the joints and sand them before paint...

Crown molding is by far my favorite trim to install. It’s always important to glue the joints and sand them before painting. If done properly you will end up with a seamless piece of trim.

Glass block basement windows not only look nice, but also add additional insulation and security.
