This was a complete home makeover there was a wall tore out between the kitchen and dining room and another short one between the living room and dining room to give it a more open feel. The kitchen and one bathroom were completely gutted with new cabinets and countertops and fixtures in the kitchen, the bathroom got new cabinets, tub, and onyx surround with a matching sink top. We also installed all new windows and trim throughout the house we laid snap lock vinyl flooring in the kitchen, laundry room, and the two bathrooms to finish it off. The home turned out amazing. Thank you.

I didn’t get many before pictures of this job, but the bathroom and laundry room went through a complete and amazing transformation. With new sheet rock walls, snaplock vinyl flooring, and a wall of cabinets the laundry room, it turned out beautiful. The bathroom got new flooring and a new Onyx shower stall and glass door Along with new fixtures, paint and a lot of custom-made moldings to match the original.

I love doing these decks, tearing off the old wood flooring, and handrails, and recovering the structure with composite flooring and aluminum handrails. It a nice crisp clean look.

What a nice upgrade on decks, tearing off the old wooden decks and the wooden retaining wall and steps. We replace them with the composite decking, aluminum, handrails, vinyl lattice, and a new stone retaining wall. The homeowner had downsized the decks somewhat to eliminate a lot of the maintenance  and steps. Thank you

This was a nice but torturing job.😂
I had to remove the old vinyl roof, paint new 2 x 4 slats and install them and a new metal roof with a ceiling fan it turned out very nice and solid. But I will add it was 90+ degrees with a huge swimming pool 20 feet away 😂

The final piece of cedar siding went up and completed the outside transition of this 1952 home. Still more trim work and permanent stairs to be completed, but for now on to the inside during the winter months. Here are the final before and after photos.

This was a project that had several satisfying challenges. We started off by framing the unfinished basement to have a bathroom, bedroom, family room, and bar area. We installed a new onyx shower stall with glass doors, and an onyx vanity to match. The bedroom has extra large closets for storage. The family room consists of a shiplap siding wall behind the TV, with a bar and sink beside and below the stairway. New stair treads were installed with a white wash finish and a white and black aluminum railing to match the country cottage look. A wood look vinyl flooring along with white trim and doors finishes it off. I wrapped this job up with a top for the bar that is a live edge solid walnut slab. Everything turned out beautiful. 
The homeowner is applying a faux stone to the front of the bar and the wall in the TV room that will have the woodstove.
