HIRING – BUILDING A FRAMING CREW
We are looking for individual carpenters/framing guys to put together our own framing crew for a strong workload of upcoming projects.
Current projects include:
• Framing a 5-unit, 3-story building
• Converting an abandoned building into 8 apartments, including a new 3rd-story addition
We are NOT looking for framing subcontractors or framing companies to bid these projects. We are looking for individuals who want to become part of our crew.
If you have framing/carpentry experience, are dependable, can show up every day, and are looking for steady work, send me a DM with your experience and availability.
SEPARATELY – LOOKING FOR SUBCONTRACTORS
We are currently accepting quotes for:
• HVAC – Installation of approximately 10 complete systems
• Finish Carpentry – Installation of 9 kitchens, along with doors, trim, and finish work throughout an apartment building
For these subcontractor opportunities, you must be able to read and understand detailed construction blueprints. If you cannot accurately bid and perform work from the plans, please do not reach out.
Interested subcontractors: DM me your email address and trade, and we will send you the applicable blueprints to provide us with a quote.
Feel free to share.
