💡Growth Mindset Monday 💡
Who has had the biggest impact on your life?
Most likely, it wasn’t someone famous.
It was a parent, teacher, coach, mentor, friend, or family member who showed up, cared, and invested in you. ❤️
Last week, Marisa and I attended the Lancaster Chamber’s 154th Annual Dinner, celebrating leaders who embody the theme:
✨ Ordinary People. Extraordinary Impact. ✨
Congratulations to this year’s honorees:
🏆 Marshall Snively – Thomas T. Baldrige Catalyst Award
🏆 Dan Sahd – Small Businessperson of the Year
🏆 Dr. Sharee Livingston – ATHENA Award
🏆 Joanne Ladley – Exemplar Award
Their stories remind us that true leadership is built through years of serving others and making a difference behind the scenes.
Today also holds special meaning for our family.
🎂 June 1 marks our daughter Kali Dariychuk’s 29th birthday.
Twenty-nine years ago, an ordinary day became one of the most extraordinary days of our lives. Watching Kali become an amazing wife, mother, daughter, and friend has taught us that our greatest legacy will always be the lives we influence and the people we love.
💡 Growth Mindset Reminder:
⚡ You don’t need a title to lead.
⚡ You don’t need fame to make a difference.
⚡ Ordinary people can create extraordinary impact.
Happy Birthday, Kali! We love you and are so proud of you. ❤️
Keep on shining. ✨
