Step inside Warwick High School 📸
The renovation gives students spaces built for how they learn today. Natural light, durable finishes and open sightlines create an environment where students and staff can focus, connect and grow. We’re proud to have partnered with Warwick School District to bring their vision to life.

Backpacks and other school supplies headed to Burrowes Elementary students, thanks to a drive organized by RLPSer Josef Dunnenberger. Josef got his start volunteering at Burrowes while attending Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, and this year he organized a school supply drive. He's hoping to make the drive an annual tradition, and can't wait to see how much it grows. 🎒📚

Congratulations to Tim Checchia and John Houck on their promotions to Associate Partners and Liz Haverstick on her promotion to Senior Interior Designer!

Tim, John and Liz have spent a combined 40 years at RLPS, so we asked them to look back at some of the people, projects and experiences that have shaped their time at RLPS.

For many people, their relationship with RLPS began with a simple greeting from Beth Lorah.

Over the past 27 years, Beth welcomed everyone with genuine warmth and kindness. While most people know her as the friendly voice on the phone or the welcoming face at the front desk, those who worked alongside her know the care and compassion she brought to every interaction.

As Beth and her husband, Perry, begin retirement, we're celebrating the lasting impact she had on so many people and sharing a few of the memories and reflections from her time at RLPS.

Thank you, Beth, for being the welcoming voice of RLPS for so many years.

After 37 years with RLPS, Associate Partner Paul Nikolaus has retired.

Throughout his career, Paul helped shape senior living communities across the country while earning the respect of clients and colleagues alike. More importantly, he leaves behind a legacy of thoughtfulness, kindness, and genuine care for the people he worked alongside every day.

Thank you, Paul, for everything you've contributed to RLPS. We wish you all the best in retirement.

Here's a quiet moment from outside our Lancaster office yesterday.

This deer found a comfortable spot to rest in the shade and fresh mulch before continuing on its way.

Thanks for the photo, Jessie.

After 30+ years, we've learned two things:

- RLPS employees take egg protection very seriously.
- Rock-paper-scissors is sometimes the only way to determine a winner.

This year's World Cup themed Egg Drop featured custom-built contraptions, soccer-ball attacks, rainy weather, ice cream, and eggs that refused to lose.

Congratulations to our winners and thanks to everyone who helped make another memorable start to summer.
