Watering your lawn at the right time can help you conserve water and lower your utility bills! 💧
The best time to water your lawn is between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. This gives the grass time to soak up the water before the heat of the day and dry out completely by the afternoon, reducing the risk of turf diseases.
Also, water deeply and infrequently. Lawns generally need 1 to 1.5 inches of water per week (including rainfall). Applying this in 1 or 2 deep sessions encourages deeper, more drought-resistant roots.
