This Thursday we’re continuing the conversation around smarter, performance-based approaches to fire protection.

In partnership with FFMIA and Kissimmee County, Chris Birchfield, CEO of Global Fireproof Solutions, Inc., will present Performance-Based Fire Treatments, exploring how evolving fire protection solutions can help address today’s code and compliance challenges.

And the name comes from something we've experienced again and again.

The deeper we get into conversations with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors and fire and building officials, the more we uncover fire protection information that simply isn't widely known.

Sometimes it's a code requirement.

We’ve been continuing our educational efforts with fire and building officials across Florida over the last few weeks.

Most recently, the Global Fireproof Solutions team had the opportunity to present CEU educational seminars in Ocala with Marion County and in Brevard County, working in conjunction with the counties and the Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association (FFMIA).

These sessions give us the opportunity to share practical knowledge around fire protection, code compliance and the materials and applications officials encounter in the field, while also creating valuable dialogue with the people responsible for keeping Florida’s buildings and communities safe.

We appreciate Marion County, Brevard County and FFMIA for partnering with us and for their continued commitment to education.
