Hello all! The nerd is back and scheduling work! I am all healed up and ready to help everyone that has handyman needs around their home. I am scheduling work starting on June 1. Due to the support that I received from Delaware residents, I am offering a 5% discount to all Delaware residents. Also, since cancer is awful, I am offering a 10% discount to any cancer survivors.

I truly want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers offered on my previous posts. I always knew Delaware was a great place, but the comments to my posts reinforced that to me on a personal level.

Hello all,

Mr. Nerd had the surgery and removed the cancer. There were some complications afterward though. I ended up back in the hospital for almost two weeks and required two more surgeries to fix a leaking artery and massive infection. I am back home and recovering but will require at least another 4-6 weeks of recovery and maybe more. I can't wait to get back to helping people with their repair needs since I truly enjoy doing the work, but health has to come first. I appreciate everyone that has supported me and especially my family through this time. Hopefully before we know it, The Handy Nerd will be back to normal and helping those in need.

The Handy Nerd will be taking a 4-6 week break due to surgery this Friday. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer and will have surgery to remove it. It's a good outlook for a full recovery. Once I have fully recovered I will be back to providing all the services you may need. I appreciate all of the love and support I have received and can't wait to be back to normal fixing everything.
