⚡ Making way for future power in Salado!

We recently completed 230 feet of trenching for a future underground electric line for one of our builder partners. The entire 18-inch depth was solid limestone but we were built for the challenge!

Those words feel especially meaningful this week.

Owning a business together, raising kids together and even sharing a bathroom together can be difficult sometimes! 😂 Last weekend, Travis and I took a few days away to slow down, reconnect, and refresh.

We are incredibly grateful for our customers and builders who understand the importance of taking a short break, especially during one of our busiest seasons. Running BL3 is a blessing, but so is remembering to pause and enjoy the life we are working so hard to build.

Rested, refreshed, and grateful to be doing this life together. ❤️

Strategic tree removal and demolition in action! 🌳🚜

This large tree was interfering with a building currently being renovated by StarPointe Homes. Our crew carefully removed and hauled away the tree, along with an existing sidewalk area, clearing the space needed for the renovation to move forward.

The BL3 crew wrapped up road and drainage projects in Goldthwaite and San Saba last week!

📍 Goldthwaite — We completed drainage improvements and regraded portions of the existing road to improve water flow and overall road conditions.

📍 San Saba — We completed the prep work, installed drainage, and installed approximately 900 feet of road, finishing it off by watering and compacting the road for a solid, durable surface.

From improving an existing road to building one from the ground up, proper prep, drainage, grading, and compaction make all the difference.

900 FEET OF ROAD PREP + DRAINAGE 🚜

Another project moving forward in San Saba! Our crew has been working on prepping approximately 900 feet of roadway, with a big focus on getting the drainage right before the next phase begins.

Good roads start with good prep. Proper grading and drainage are key to helping protect the finished road from washouts, standing water, and costly repairs down the road.

From site prep and drainage to roads, driveways, and complete dirt work we’re proud to help build projects from the ground up.

• Must have equipment operating experience
• Must be willing to perform manual labor when needed
• Experience with skid steers and excavators preferred

CONSTRUCTION HAND
• CDL is NOT required
• Construction or equipment experience is a plus, but we’re willing to consider someone ready to learn
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to work outdoors in the Texas heat
