We are your SUSTAINABILITY A.C.E., providing complete Architectural , Consulting & Engineering Services to green new or existing buildings. Our focus is on incorporating the principles of sustainable design in to every project, no matter the size or scope, on time and within your budget. Our firm was established in 2003 by Architect and LEED Fellow, Jason Kliwinski, with the belief that it shouldn
't have to cost more to build green. After more than a decade of built projects in the Residential, Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, and Hospitality markets, we've proven this to be true. Through our association with the Green Building Center, we also offer a host of specialty consulting services to cater to the unique needs of our clients and the sustainability market such as carbon neutrality master planning & implementation, commissioning, energy modeling and net zero energy/water/waste design. Our partners and staff serve a wide range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations. We are experts in the green building field and harmonizing the often conflicting constraints of budget, schedule, operations & maintenance, and aesthetics that impact our clients' sustainability. Our headquarters is located at 67 Bridge Street in picturesque Lambertville, New Jersey along the Delaware River. We also have a satellite office in midtown Manhatten near Penn Station. We are licensed to practice architecture in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Texas but have consulted on projects in Florida, South Carolina, Mexico, British Virgin Islands, the UK, Bahamas and California as well and delivered green educational seminars globally. When working with a client we utilize an integrative project delivery approach that is unique in the industry. This approach fosters a collaborative environment and brings all members of the team, including the contractor, architect, engineers, product suppliers, owner, and specialty consultants, to the table early in the design process and often throughtout its completion.
