He is particularly passionate about mentoring emerging small businesses, providing guidance on everything from strategic planning and business development to day-to-day operations. Originally from Venezuela, Jose earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama. This week, this month, always. Help is available.

Our industry is built on strong teams, and strong teams take care of one another.

During Su***de Prevention Awareness Month and Construction Su***de Prevention Week, we're recognizing the importance of mental health and reminding ourselves that no one should have to carry life's challenges alone.

Let's continue to create environments where people feel seen, supported, and comfortable reaching out when they need help.

If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available. Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, or reach out to a trusted coworker, friend, family member, or mental health professional.
