The Bay has won another award! Congrats to our Pinkard project team and our wonderful partners at City and County of Broomfield and BHA Design, Inc. for once again being honored for this outstanding project.

Given out by the Colorado Parks & Recreation Association, the Columbine Awards recognize projects that exemplify excellence while elevating parks and recreation across the state. Completed last summer, our renovation of The Bay Aquatic Park was selected in the Renovated Park Design category.

Yesterday was a special day as we celebrated the topping out of Chrysalis. For just an hour, the frenetic, highly orchestrated jobsite came to a quiet halt so that that the 100+ person team could share lunch and a raffle giveaway. Thanks for the safe, hard work everyone!
