Leaks do not just go away; they can cause major damage and costly repairs.

We recently assisted a customer who had water coming in behind their gutter and leaking down the wall. Upon inspection, we found that the step flashing was overlapping the wrong way, and there was no kick-out water diverter at the corner to direct water into the gutter. We successfully repaired the flashing and replaced the damaged siding.

We encountered a pleasant surprise this morning as we stripped the roof down to the decking, finding original shake roof shingles that were 110 years old, which required a complete redecking of the home with 1/2” OSB overlay on the planks.
