For Sale!!

1274 Hudson St, Denver, CO 80220

$849,900

3 beds, 2 baths, 1852sf, 2 car garage

This one was such a fun project! We worked really diligently to keep the home’s original charm. The yard is landscaped for a drought tolerant climate while still having a small grassy space! The cozy basement living room is great to chill after hot days or even keep warm on cool, winter nights.

Check out that tile rug pattern in the primary bath! And the restored brick inside!! 😊
