We’re proud to share that the Prince Hall Masonic Temple and Lodge has received the 2026 Project Achievement Award for Commercial, Public, Renovation from the CMAA South Atlantic Chapter!

Led by Catamount and FS 360, LLC, this project brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, with strong collaboration and consistent communication at its core. Guided by a shared commitment to the building’s purpose, the team aligned efforts to protect its historic character.

We are grateful to be recognized for this work that will have a lasting community impact!

Located in Atlanta’s historic Sweet Auburn neighborhood, this landmark has played a vital role in Black enterprise and the Civil Rights Movement. The restoration honored that legacy while preparing the building for its next chapter as a cultural landmark within the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park.

Catamount is excited to welcome 20 interns to our 2026 summer construction internship program, where they will join teams across the country to gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects shaping communities nationwide.

Representing 11 universities, this year’s cohort brings a diverse range of perspectives, experiences, and career aspirations to Catamount. Interns will support projects and operations in Colorado, Texas, Missouri, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina, gaining experience across project sites, project management teams, and estimating teams.

“Our internship program reflects the culture we’ve worked hard to build,” said Melek Glasker, People Team Business Partner. “We want interns to feel welcomed, supported, and challenged throughout the summer. By providing opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow, we’re helping develop the next generation of construction professionals while strengthening our industry for the future.”

In just a few years, the Tampa Bay team has become a regional hub, managing projects across multiple Florida markets. Today, the team oversees 11 active projects, supported by a 2025 annual revenue of $123 million and a growing backlog exceeding $203 million, reflecting sustained demand.

As our CEO, James Benning, shared, “Opening the Tampa office was opportunistic, strategic, and entrepreneurial all in one."

We’re excited to share the promotion of Courtney Collins to Business Development Manager for our San Antonio business unit!

Since joining Catamount in 2017, Collins has built a well-rounded foundation across multiple areas of the business. She began her career with Catamount in operations, where, through hands-on project experience, Collins developed a strong understanding of construction operations and built relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders.

In her new role, Collins will focus on strengthening client relationships, supporting business development strategy, and helping drive continued growth for Catamount in the San Antonio market.

“Courtney has consistently embraced opportunities to grow, learn new aspects of the business, and build strong relationships with our clients and teams,” said Michael Dixon, Senior Vice President with Catamount Constructors. “Her operational experience, field perspective, and natural ability to connect with people make her a great fit for this role and a strong addition to our business development team in San Antonio.”
