We're excited to celebrate the completion of two inpatient rehabilitation hospitals for Exalt Health in Florida: Orange Park and Wellen Park.

Together, these state-of-the-art facilities bring 80 private patient beds and specialized rehabilitation services to their communities, supporting patients on their recovery journeys within thoughtfully designed healing environments.

Delivered by Catamount | Freese Johnson in partnership with Exalt Healthcare, Astrea Development, and Adela Construction Management, these milestones reflect the strength of our healthcare team and our growing presence across Florida. We're looking forward to completing a third facility in Daytona Beach soon!

Project complete!

The new Dimmit County Park & Sports Complex transforms nearly 18 acres into a destination for recreation, competition, and community gatherings. From athletic fields and sports arenas to concession facilities and improved site amenities, this development was designed with the future in mind.

As we celebrate 15 years in San Antonio, we're especially grateful for opportunities to partner with communities across South Texas. Building projects like this is exactly why we're here: creating spaces that bring people together and make a lasting difference.

It's been a milestone year for our San Antonio and Tampa teams, and we're proud to see their hard work recognized!

In San Antonio, Catamount is celebrating 15 years of growth, relationships, and results. This year, the San Antonio Business Journal ranked Catamount the #3 largest general contractor among 56 firms in the region, reflecting more than a decade of sustained growth, trusted partnerships, and operational excellence.

In Tampa, where we established our office in 2023, Catamount continues to build momentum. The office was recently ranked #27 among the largest general contractors and construction firms in Tampa Bay by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, adding to a year marked by major project wins, industry recognition, and continued expansion across industrial, healthcare, and commercial markets.

We are excited to announce a planned leadership succession for Catamount Industrial Group, our national industrial construction team.

Scott Reynolds, who has led Catamount Industrial Group since its inception, has been named Chief Initiatives Officer, and Stephanie Martinez has been promoted to Senior Vice President, leading the national industrial team.

This leadership transition reflects a deliberate succession plan and Catamount’s long-standing commitment to promoting and developing leaders from within its employee-owned organization.

The transformation of the Dillard House Hotel and Cottages in Dillard, GA, continues to take shape!

This 48,618 SF redevelopment of the historic 110-acre Dillard House Farm and Resort will introduce a 60-key, three-story boutique hotel, two quad cottages, and a spa cottage. We're excited to see major milestones being checked off the list as exterior paint wraps up, hotel casework installation progresses, and final interior finishes begin.

A huge shoutout to the Catamount team and our trade partners who have been working tirelessly to move this project forward. Your hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication are evident, and we're excited to see this iconic destination enter its next chapter.

A look at what's ahead for Fire Station No. 8 and Fire Station No. 10 in Corpus Christi!

Construction continues to move forward as our team completes slab pours and masonry work in partnership with City of Corpus Christi - Government.

Designed to support those who serve the community every day, these new facilities will feature modern apparatus bays, living quarters, watch offices, and shared spaces that enhance both operational readiness and firefighter well-being. We're proud to help create spaces that strengthen emergency response capabilities and support the crews who rely on them.

This summer, Catamount interns are gaining hands-on experience that connects estimating concepts to real projects.

"My first month at Catamount working with the estimating crew has been great. I've learned a lot of the basics in estimating, including performing takeoffs, creating scope sheets, and comparing proposals. I also had the opportunity to visit the River Park project with the other interns. It was a great chance to get in the field and see the construction process firsthand."
