Thoughtful layout improvements and quality materials make all the difference. How Much Does a Kitchen or Bathroom Remodel Cost in Denver? Victor swears he tries not to be "that guy" šŸ˜…

It's not personal, it's just standards. See why the crews both love and dread him?

Most people would never notice this. The drywall isn't sitting flush against these brackets since they had to go in after the fact.

So instead of leaving it, we're sealing the gap with color-matched, paintable caulk and touching up the paint. Small detail, but it's the ones nobody checks that separate good work from great work. šŸ› ļø

We've heard the horror stories, too! That’s exactly why we’ve built a process that’s clear, organized, and actually enjoyable. Thank you, Kelly, for trusting us with your family home!

If your builder hands you a roll of tape and expects you to find the flaws yourself, that tells you something.

This client's journey started with a water loss over a year ago, and they recently faced a family emergency. The last thing they need is more stress at move-in. So before we hand over the keys, we walk every room ourselves: door latches, cabinet alignment, trim, paint. That list becomes the punch list our field team finishes before the final walkthrough.

Handing over keys should be a celebration, not a surprise.

ā€œWhat you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.ā€ – Jane Goodall

Kaitlyn brings that perspective to every client interaction. As one of our Remodeling Design Consultant, she leads consultations, sets clear expectations, designs beautiful projects, and ensures a smooth handoff from sales to production so every project starts strong.

At home, she’s supported by Oakley, Riley and Tikka. 🐾

Ever wonder what happens before we hand your home back over to you?

Our punch list catches it all: unfinished trim, unfilled nail holes, wires run where they shouldn't be. Even we don't always get it perfect the first time, but we will get it perfect before we're all done.

The rule: big issues get fixed in the phase they happen. Punch list is for the small stuff.

Working on existing homes means you're always going to find things that weren't done right the first time. Our goal on every project is to leave the house better than we found it.

While filming in this space, we came across a pipe pe*******on for the gas meter that a previous contractor never properly sealed. We fixed it before moving on.

Before a barn build goes vertical, the infrastructure underground has to work first.

On this Littleton property, we're installing an underground well pit with a pump and a three-port manifold that will supply water to the house, the barn, and the irrigation system. It all feeds into an underground cistern holding tank, with the pump activating automatically on demand.

Not the most exciting part of the build to watch, but it's the part everything else depends on.

Adding a new window to an existing home is easy. Making it look like it was always there is the hard part.

On this project, the goal was to match the home's existing architecture exactly. We cut the opening clean, removed the existing brick, and recreated the specific jamb detail around the window's exterior frame so the new addition reads as original to the house.
