The Encore Electric project FutureForward at Bollman in Thornton recently broke ground, celebrating an early construction milestone! Once complete, the school will feature a state-of-the-art trade and technical education program designed to give students hands-on experience and real-world career training. The new facility will provide opportunities for students to explore skilled trades, develop workforce-ready skills, and gain valuable knowledge that can help prepare them for successful careers after graduation.

On Thursday, September 24, a group of Encore Electric teammates went to Jefferson County Fairground for Transportation and Construction GIRL Day! Through hands-on activities like the Encore Electric Learning and Mobile Escape Room (ELMER), conduit bending, and answering electrical questions, the team showed girls that there is a place for them in the electrical industry.

The Encore Electric Prefabrication and Tool Center in Aurora, Colorado supports field teams by building electrical components and systems off-site in a controlled environment, helping improve jobsite safety and efficiency. The Prefabrication and Tool Center is also where many apprentices begin their careers, gaining hands-on experience and learning the trade alongside experienced leaders and mentors.

More than 300 Encore Electric teammates and their families volunteered their time on Saturday, September 12 for the ninth annual Encore Gives! Day. From completing electrical projects for nonprofits like the Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless to sorting donations at The Action Center and picking up trash along the Eagle River in the Colorado Mountains and Triple Tree Trail in Montana, Encore Electric teammates took on a wide range of projects to support local nonprofits and communities.

Thank you to every Encore Electric teammate and family member who volunteered during Encore Gives! Day, and thank you to our partner organizations for the awesome work they do in taking care of our communities.
