What a fantastic experience with Cenco.

Their service is much more helpful than just the actual replacement of my roof. That part of their business was exceptional as well. They run that portion extremely clean, organized and flawless in itself.

Where the true value came from was dealing with my insurance company. There were many obstacles that they overcame in which I couldn't seem to handle on my own.
I had suggested their services to many neighbors. Some had the same experience. Some did not take heed in my advice and paid dearly with other contractors.

In partnership with Owens Corning Roofing, the Roof Deployment Project and Rebuilding Together Colorado, Cenco was honored to complete a no-cost roof for a deserving veteran in Commerce City this week.

Not only does the roof shine again with Evergreen Mist shingles (Owens Corning color of the year), but his home is once again dry and safe for his family!

🔥 New Colorado Wildfire Code Hits July 1 — Is Your Roof Ready?

If your home is in Evergreen, Golden, Morrison, Conifer, or anywhere in unincorporated Jefferson County's Wildland-Urban Interface, big changes are coming. Starting July 1, 2026, new wildfire resiliency codes affect what's required for roof replacements — Class A fire-rated assemblies, ember-resistant vents, protected valleys, and noncombustible gutters.

Here's the good news: not every home is treated the same, and a reroof doesn't automatically trigger a full defensible-space overhaul. But the rules ARE jurisdiction-specific, and you need to know yours before you sign a contract.
