🔨 Building update: walls are up and our sign is officially on the building! We're targeting mid-July to move into the new Country Creek showroom. Like any good remodel, there's still finish work to do once we're in, but that's the nature of the business and we wouldn't have it any other way.

📣 Featured Project - Apple Valley Basement Remodel

That steel post in the middle of the room? Most contractors work around it. We designed around it.

This Apple Valley basement had a structural post dead center that wasn't going anywhere. So we built custom posts to match, tied in a beam, added floating shelves, and matched the stain to every other wood element in the space. Now it looks intentional. Because it is.

Here's what we built in this one basement:

✅ A linear gas fireplace with stone surround and a custom mantle that wraps to match the cabinetry.
✅ A full wet bar with plumbing we cut through the concrete floor to install, LED under-cabinet lighting, a drawer dishwasher, and an under-cabinet fridge.
✅ A workout room and infrared sauna with LVT flooring, rubber mats, and a mirror wall.
✅ A bathroom with direct access from the workout room, sconce lighting on both sides of the mirror, and a solid surface top.
✅ A design that carries the same materials, stains, and finishes from one end to the other.

Every detail in this basement was designed by Dan. Every board, fixture, and finish was installed by our full-time crew.

Two bedrooms. Above the garage. On Crystal Lake. 🏡

This is a balloon addition — we take the roof off an existing structure and build new living space above it. Here's where this Lakeville project stands right now.

The framing is done. Electrical and HVAC are in. We just opened the wall into the existing home for the first time — and we waited to do that on purpose. The homeowners were still living here, so we kept everything sealed off until we were ready. That's how you do this kind of work right.

Spray foam insulation goes in next. Then inspections — framing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation. Every one of them matters.
