This is a balloon addition — we take the roof off an existing structure and build new living space above it. Here's where this Lakeville project stands right now.

The framing is done. Electrical and HVAC are in. We just opened the wall into the existing home for the first time — and we waited to do that on purpose. The homeowners were still living here, so we kept everything sealed off until we were ready. That's how you do this kind of work right.

Spray foam insulation goes in next. Then inspections — framing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation. Every one of them matters.
