Spot seeding that was done by us 4 days ago. This is a example of how easy seeding is with quick results if you do 3 countermeasures after seeding is completed. Will post updates every 4 days !
1) Stay off the newly seeded area
2) Keep areas watered daily for 15 min in evening for 1st few weeks. When lawn is ready for 1st cut switch to early morning watering !
3) Keep wildlife off of newly seeded area's including Ducks & Geese. Seems to be a problem with The Indian lake location

A lawn we installed approximately 10 years ago. Still glowing today even with the lack of rain. If you get a lawn installation with us and follow our protocols as to stay off of the dirt/lawn and water daily for first 3- 4 weeks this is what your end results will be. I cannot stress enough how important it is to stay off your lawn for first 4 weeks and with daily watering for 15 min. per area !! It also helps we do not buy cheap grass seed. Your seed mixture plays a important role in a beautiful lawn !!

Customer had us remove 3 shrubs and mulch from this used to be landscaping bed and escavate it out for pavers. Their grills and smoker will be placed their now to open up the porch more. Smart idea and turned out nice !! 13'x3'
