“The technician was great to work with. He came out the same day to look at the fireplaces on a home we’re in escrow on, and spent more time than expected walking me through everything.

He didn’t just inspect and give a quote for the two fireplaces, he actually explained how things work and what to look out for, which I really appreciated. He also caught that the chimney cover on the roof was the wrong type and improperly installed, something no one else had noticed, and found signs of water intrusion that could’ve turned into a bigger issue.

Super helpful, easy to talk to, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’d definitely recommend them.”
