PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT β WE DO IT ALL TREES & LANDSCAPE LLC
After careful consideration, we've made the decision to step away from tree services that require professional climbing. This was not a decision made lightly, but sometimes you have to recognize when it's time to make a change that protects your business, your peace of mind, and the standards you've worked hard to maintain.
One of the biggest challenges we've faced in this industry is finding dependable, professional people who take their work as seriously as we do. When you're running a legitimate business, you need to be able to trust the people you work with. Reliability, accountability, safety, and professionalism aren't optional β they're essential.
Unfortunately, we've reached a point where we no longer feel comfortable building this part of our business around the uncertainty of whether others will show up, follow through, and uphold the standards we expect of ourselves.
We've also learned that there's a misconception in this industry that a business owner must personally climb trees to be considered a legitimate tree service professional. We respectfully disagree. Running a business involves far more than climbing. It requires planning, equipment, insurance, customer service, safety considerations, and taking responsibility for every job performed under your company's name.
That said, we've decided that if we cannot confidently perform a particular service ourselves or ensure that it is completed by a dependable, qualified professional, then it's time to step away from offering that service.
So, what does this mean for our customers?
WE ARE NOT CLOSING OUR BUSINESS!
We Do It All Trees & Landscape LLC will continue providing the other services our customers know and trust us for. We'll continue focusing on landscaping, property cleanups, lot clearing, hardscaping, drainage solutions, sod installation, mulch, landscape design, and the many other services we offer.
We are simply stepping away from tree work that requires a climber. We would rather be honest about our limitations and focus on the work we can confidently deliver than make promises we cannot guarantee.
We know this decision may disappoint some of our longtime customers, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who has trusted us with their properties over the years. Your continued support means more than you know.
Sometimes, growth means expanding. Other times, it means knowing what you will no longer compromise.
We would rather do less work the right way than continue doing more work under the wrong circumstances.
Thank you for continuing to support our family-owned business. We're still here, we're still working, and we're still ready to help with your landscaping and property improvement needs.
Why We've Made This Decision
Recently, we made the difficult decision to part ways with our entire crew after repeated issues involving reliability, professionalism, and workplace safety. These issues included no-call, no-show absences, concerns about individuals arriving to work potentially impaired, failure to perform work safely and properly, and behavior that demonstrated a lack of respect for the business and its owner.
As a business owner, you have a responsibility to your customers, your employees, your family, and your company's reputation. We cannot compromise on safety, tolerate repeated unreliability, or put our company's name behind work that doesn't meet our standards. Nor should any business owner have to accept disrespect and unprofessional conduct from the people entrusted to represent their company.
Unfortunately, finding dependable people who share our commitment to integrity, accountability, and quality has become an ongoing challenge. In tree work, where safety is literally a matter of life and death, these concerns are simply too serious to overlook.
Rather than continue putting ourselves in a position where our ability to provide a service depends on people we cannot confidently rely on, we've decided to focus our energy on the services we can manage directly and deliver with confidence.
This isn't about taking the easy way out. It's about taking responsibility for our business and refusing to lower our standards just to keep a particular service on the books.
