We take pride in every detail. Recent project in the historic district behind Florida Southern, we sanded the floors down to bare wood and stained them with Minwax natural sealer, followed by two coats of Bona semi-gloss acrylic urethane. The result, a warm, smooth satin glow that brings out the home’s original charm.
AI lays it on kinda thick.. 😂
But it did turn out really good.. This is the 3rd time sanding the floors in this house over the past 40 years..

"This was a really fun job in Eaglebrook. The new homeowners are already excited to get settled in. We had to remove carpet, install plywood, then stitch in new hardwood to the existing floor, sand everything down, and refinish it. We used a special walnut stain with a semi-gloss acrylic urethane, and it turned out beautiful. The only downside was there were no puppy dogs on site!"

So stoked to be doing this project.. Taking it back to the early 90’s style with 5/8 plywood secured to the concrete and nailing solid oak to that.. The house has existing floor just like that and the new home owner wants everything the exact same before she moves in.. Finished pics in a couple weeks..

I’m not a fan of covering hardwood floors with LVP.. But it does look nice.. 👍
