Stuart and Brycen recently had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Lakeland PAL Summer Trades Academy, a program designed to introduce youth to hands-on careers in the skilled trades. 🔧🚰
The academy helps young students explore real-world opportunities in plumbing, construction, and other skilled trades through interactive, hands-on experiences that highlight the value of these career paths.

College isn’t the only route to a successful future—programs like this help open doors by showing students the many rewarding and practical careers available in the trades, where they can build valuable skills and make a meaningful impact in their communities every day.

Meet Hailey, our CSR and part of our social media team, helping keep communication flowing between customers and our technicians while also sharing what goes on behind the scenes at Stuart’s.
Whether it’s answering calls, helping schedule service, or stepping in to support dispatch when needed, she plays an important role in keeping everything running smoothly day to day.

A few common causes:
✔️ Sediment buildup inside the tank
✔️ A thermostat that's been adjusted too low
✔️ A failing heating element
✔️ A growing household using more hot water
Knowing the cause can save you time and frustration before assuming you need a replacement.
