Dogs are welcome in the pool — we just like our clients to know that regular dog swims can change your pool’s maintenance needs. 🐾

Fur, dirt, dander, oils, and outdoor debris all add to the load on your pool’s filtration system and can increase chlorine demand.

That can mean:

* faster filter loading
* more debris in baskets
* more maintenance between visits

We don’t mind the pups swimming — we just need to know so we can maintain your pool accordingly.

❄️ Cold Weather Pool Tip – Central Florida ❄️

With a few colder mornings coming up, we’ve seen some concern online about pools and freezing temps. The good news is that most pools in Lakeland & Mulberry are just fine during short cold snaps like this.

As a general rule, pools are safe as long as water is circulating. Running your pump overnight during the coldest hours is typically all that’s needed.

Brief freezes in our area rarely cause issues unless systems are shut off, and when problems do occur they’re usually limited to exposed equipment — not the pool itself.

No winterization is needed for most Central Florida pools. If you ever have questions, we’re happy to help. 🐄🏊‍♂️
