✨ CEILING RENOVATION We removed the popcorn texture, prepared and refinished the ceilings, and applied a new knockdown texture for a clean, updated appearance.
✨ NEW FLOORING THROUGHOUT THE HOME We removed the existing flooring throughout the entire house and installed new wood-look ceramic tile, adding warmth, durability and continuity between rooms.
✨ COMPLETE KITCHEN REMODEL We completely remodeled the kitchen with beautiful gray Shaker cabinetry, updated countertops, a decorative backsplash and coordinated hardware. The result is a modern, welcoming space for cooking and gathering with family.
✨ CUSTOM PANTRY TRANSFORMATION We removed the old pantry shelving and created a new pantry with elegant floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, generous storage and a polished look that complements the kitchen.
✨ COMPLETE BATHROOM REMODEL We removed the bathtub and replaced it with a walk-in shower featuring decorative tile, a built-in bench, a tiled shower floor and a sliding glass shower door with black framing. An updated vanity and coordinated finishes completed the transformation.

> 🏠 Another Project in Progress – KGV Remodeling & Painting LLC

We’ve been blessed to stay very busy throughout the year, and we’re excited to start sharing more of the projects our team has been working on.

Here’s one of our current full-home renovation projects. We are removing the existing flooring and installing beautiful new wood-look ceramic tile throughout the home. We are also removing the popcorn ceiling texture throughout the house, preparing the ceilings, and applying a fresh new drywall texture for a cleaner, more modern finish.

These photos show the project in progress, and there’s still much more to come. We’ll continue sharing photos and videos as the transformation moves forward, including the final results.

We haven’t been as active on Facebook recently, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy! Thank God, we’ve had a very busy year, completing many remodeling and construction projects. Over the next few weeks, we’ll also be sharing some of those previous projects so you can see what the KGV team has been working on.

If you’re thinking about remodeling your home, replacing your flooring, updating your ceilings, painting, drywall work, or starting a larger renovation, KGV Remodeling & Painting LLC is ready to help.
