Today we’d like to share another project we recently completed for someone who has become a very special client to us. This time, we resurfaced her deck, repaired all the damaged areas, and worked hard to give it a fresh, beautiful look.

We truly enjoy working with Mara. We previously remodeled her bathroom, and after some time had passed, it was great to walk back into that space and see that everything still looked excellent. Seeing our work hold up over time reminds us why we always strive to deliver the highest quality possible.

We want to give a big thank you to our friend Sawson for trusting us once again.

This is the second time we’ve had the opportunity to work with him. The first time was on his personal home, and this time he reached out to us to renovate a property he originally planned to rent out.

Now that the project is complete, it looks like he has received a very strong offer and may be considering selling it instead of renting.

The project has just been finished, and if he decides to move forward with the sale or list it on the market, we’ll be sharing the address in case anyone is interested.

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank Carla and Larry for trusting us once again with one of their projects.

This one is truly special to me. Many years ago, they gave me the opportunity to work on one of my first projects. I still remember how Carla printed my very first business cards on her computer. Moments like that stay with you.

This time, we had the privilege of helping them with their master bathroom. We installed quartz slabs that were so large, it honestly felt like we were moving a mountain just to get them inside. At one point, it didn’t even seem possible for the slab to fit through the space.

The countertop team suggested cutting the slab into two pieces to make it work. But for me, that was never an option. I had promised them a beautiful full slab, and that’s exactly what they were going to get. No matter what it took.

We made adjustments, opened up space where needed, and carefully brought everything together. In the end, everything was restored perfectly, as if nothing had ever happened.

Because at the end of the day, a promise is a promise.

We recently helped a client with a frozen pipe issue at his rental property. The property owner lives in the state of Texas, and when the problem happened here in Illinois, he trusted kabos to handle everything from start to finish.

We took care of the entire renovation process as quickly and efficiently as possible, making sure the tenant could get resettled without unnecessary delays. From assessing the damage to completing the repairs, we managed every step so the owner didn’t have to travel from Texas to Illinois.
