Finding Good Employees is 1 of the biggest struggles for a small business. Finding people who want to work hard, want to grow your business and create relationships with their coworkers and customers is hard to find! This morning, as I was about to leave to take the kids to camp, I watched these 6 guys scurrying around the property working together to get ready for the day and it struck me! I stopped the car and hopped out, asked the guys to stop what they were doing and allow me to take a photo of them. I was so proud of them and also proud to see how far we’ve come in 2 years. This is your reminder to take that moment to pause and capture a moment that gives you the Feels! Thank you Team SWD! We appreciate you so much!!
