Today me and padre did four installations at one equestrian property, three of which were in attics. Thankfully, foam insulation is the best thing to happen to attics (and the people who do work in them) so it was WAY more tolerable of a day. Still DED tho 😵 But it was a nice place to be, getting to pet cats and dogs and horses 🤗 And I saw the text from the homeowner after we left, thanking us for his new peace of mind that he won’t have to deal with another clogged drain line!

When you either hire us to install a Zoog Zapper, or if you purchase systems to have installed by technicians, this is the process. The Zoog Snake is in its final prototype testing phase, and will soon be available for purchase! We have brought life-changing results to homeowners and businesses alike with proven success and have lots of reviews confirming it. And as for the main ‘competitor’ out there, we have replaced 11 of them in the past few months alone because they just stink. The Zoog Zapper empowers the homeowner because after the installation, they purchase the sanitizing tablets on Amazon and can refill it themselves. No subscriptions, no costly cartridge refills, no Wi-Fi/apps to glitch and fail.

One of our local HVAC companies has become our friends and they’re so busy with summer calls that they refer customers to us when they just can’t get a drain line cleared. It’s a beautiful thing to work together to ensure peace of mind for people (and keep their pets cool as well!)

Can we all agree that pets at the job are the best part of the job?? Flushing the first floor drain line after using the Zoog Snake and dislodging some serious zoogloea (the nice Trane handler was loaded with mold and black mold so that took some serious cleaning and we installed a Green UV light). Then the cat lady in me got some love from Marshmallow 🥹🥹

I’m not even remotely close to being the brains behind the Zoog Zapper or the Zoog Snake, but I am the person running the instagram account so I figure I’ll introduce myself 🤗 I’m Valerie, first-born child of Rich Musco, who invented everything we have for sale that can make life MUCH easier for anyone with an air conditioner or who works on HVAC!

I’ve been working full time with my dad since December of 2025 and I LOVE MY JOB!!! Most days, we work at the Hab Center in Boca Raton, a factory where adults with developmental disabilities work for various companies. We are all a little disabled in our own special ways, and all extremely capable of accomplishing awesome goals! HabCenter Boca Raton is a wonderful place and they also have a huge plant nursery out back, and bee hives to make delicious honey!

Then, we have installation days. Those are my favorite even though they can be grueling in Florida summer heat.

We first clean the drain pan and coils if needed, and install UV lights if mold is a big problem. After cleaning and possibly modifying plumbing for better drainage, and adding unions and a way to attach the Zoog Flush kit, we then use the incredible Zoog Snake to literally chop up and dislodge zoogloea that may have been growing for DECADES. No matter how hard you try, normal methods of cleaning drain lines simply can’t do much more than make a slightly bigger hole through what is essentially a clogged artery.

After the snake, we attach a hose to the flush kit and proceed to blast the mutilated zoogloea out. This is where we get our best/grossest videos 😂 When we see the water running crystal clear, we put everything back together and show the customer what we got out of their home that has been plaguing them (we’ve met people with legit PTSD from how many problems they’ve had and money spent, insurance claims for disasters, etc.) and we feel the wave of RELIEF that they allow themselves to feel. It’s really such a good moment that motivates us to keep fighting the good fight. That and making sure PETS will be staying cool inside the homes! Installs with sweet silly animals is the ultimate for me 🐶🐱
