EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: MEET THE OWNERS!
We figured if we're going to start introducing our team, we should probably introduce ourselves first!
We're Chris and Katie, the husband-and-wife team behind Heating & Cooling NW, LLC!
HCNW started as Chris's dream, and through hard work, determination, teamwork, and plenty of prayer, we brought that dream to life together. Our faith has been an important part of this journey from the beginning, and we're grateful for how far we've come and excited to see what's ahead!
Running a business together is definitely a team effort — both at work and at home! Between managing projects, taking care of customers, and keeping things running behind the scenes, there's never a dull moment around here.
If you've worked with HCNW, chances are you've talked to Chris! He's the face of the company, meeting customers, walking jobs, and keeping projects moving. Meanwhile, Katie is usually behind a computer, juggling office work, paperwork, numbers, and approximately 47 other things that need to get done!
One out front, one behind the scenes, and both working toward the same dream. That's how we do HCNW!
We're proud to be a family-owned company that values hard work, strong relationships, and doing right by our customers. We're also incredibly grateful for our customers and industry partners who have been part of our journey. We couldn't do it without you!
And of course, we couldn't do any of this without our crew! They're a huge part of the HCNW story, and we can't wait for you to get to know them a little better, too.
So, consider this the beginning of our HCNW Employee Spotlight Series! Keep an eye out as we introduce the people behind the tools, the service calls, and the everyday work that keeps HCNW moving forward.
Thanks for being part of our journey!
