This seawall was ready for an upgrade. We removed the failing existing wall and replaced it with a new vinyl seawall system, then finished it off with a reinforced concrete cap and walkway.

A seawall isn’t just about making the waterfront look better—it helps stabilize the shoreline, protect the property from erosion, and provide a solid edge that’s built to handle life on the water.

Now this Treasure Island property has a cleaner waterfront and a much stronger shoreline for years to come.

We’re ready to start! So why haven’t we?

PERMITS! 🖊️

When it comes to marine construction, being ready to build and being approved to build are two very different things.

Depending on the project and location, a dock, boathouse, seawall, or other waterfront project may require approvals from multiple agencies — and each one has its own requirements, review process, and timeline.

It may feel like nothing is happening while we wait, but there’s always a whole lot happening behind the scenes before the first piling ever goes in the ground.

The paperwork may not be the exciting part, but doing it correctly from the beginning matters. We work through the permitting process so when it’s finally time to build, we can get to work knowing the project has the approvals it needs!
