The ribbon has been cut!

Our Nevada team recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Fallon project We were proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting for this new community serving the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe. The project includes eight new homes, a community building, and a playground, creating spaces for families to call home, gather, and grow together.

Thank you to Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, the project developer, for the opportunity to be part of this meaningful work, and to Elsa Clavijo Garcia with Travois for her partnership throughout the project.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this community to life. We’re proud of what our team and partners accomplished together and honored to celebrate this milestone with the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe.

Last week some of our New Mexico team attended AGC New Mexico Mental Health and Su***de Prevention Forum, and as always, we left with our eyes opened and a continued appreciation for mental health.

5,200 construction workers died by su***de in 2022. For comparison, 991 construction workers died from workplace injuries that same year. This means that construction workers were more than five times more likely to die by su***de than from a workplace fatality.

Safety goes beyond hard hats and safety glasses. Mental health is construction safety. The Power of Team means looking out for one another, on the job site and beyond it.

Things are starting to take shape at Cockrell Hill in Dallas, Texas!

With the concrete work behind us, framing is officially going vertical and the vision for this project is becoming easier to see every day. There’s something exciting about watching walls go up and spaces begin to take form!

A big thank you to Palladium USA International, Inc. and Cross Architects for their continued partnership as we keep the momentum going at Cockrell Hill.

Up next: more walls, more progress, and a whole lot more to build. 🏗️

This one's for our people. At Pavilion, we believe great work starts with a team that feels valued — not just for what they build, but for who they are and where they're headed in their careers.

Thank you to our incredible NM team for making this a place where people genuinely love to work.
