Today, a 56'x68' Mono slab EZform foundation was prepped for a repeat customer and childhood friend. Although this system may be unfamiliar to some, it offers a cost-effective and frost-free shallow foundation solution suitable for various building projects including slab on grade homes, shops etc. Mitigating the risk of frost damage. The next phase involves Torkelson Plumbing and Heating installing foam insulation and PEX tubing for the in-floor heating system.

The Joice Fire hall officially commenced construction with a groundbreaking ceremony. Premier Concrete is slated to start foundation and flat work operations within the next two weeks, succeeded by Larson Contracting, who will oversee the er****on of this wonderful facility. Monitor the progress over the ensuing months.

Today we cut a hole in a crawl space so they could have access to dig out the rest of it and turn into a usable basement. What we came across was quite alarming. A footing that was just over 4" thick to support the entire house. Our footings are always 8" or more for a house foundation unless noted differently. Just because the bids cheaper doesnt mean that it is always being done right or just the same as others.
