We made a post yesterday about getting your riding product serviced in our offseason in an attempt to keep the Grace Small Engine team busy in our offseason. I am going to be a little more specific in this post about some of the finer details.

If by Saturday October 24th of 2026, you book a service appointment on your riding gas powered lawn equipment for the months of January and February of 2027, we will offer free pickup and delivery in a 25 mile radius. If you fall outside of that range, thats ok! We will do your pickup charges of 50% our normal rates. Call for a quote for your specific location.

This can be for any sort of riding product service. Winterization, repairs, etc. Any walk behind or handheld products do not apply to this promotion.

If we end up with a major snow event during the time of your scheduled service, Grace will likely cancel the appointment until we can get to it prior to the start of the season. Your free pickup and delivery will still apply to a more appropriate time to deliver. We just dont see the sense on grabbing your unit and then letting it sit in the elements for an additional week until we get the snow service taken care of. If the customer were to cancel or be unavailable for the scheduled appointment in January or February future delivery charges will apply as currently posted.

Additionally, the mower has to be reasonably accessible. We sometimes get calls for dead units stuck in the backyard or woods, or a shed that is in the backyard. These units will also not apply to this promotion. If its in a backyard shed, it needs to be able to move under its own power to the loading trailer.

We as a store are waiting out the current global situation as it relates to where fuel prices end up going to see what we need to do to adjust our rates accordingly as it relates for next spring. We are trying to keep our prices as low as possible for this service because we are proud to have a large service area and we want our rates to make sense for everyone.

As a reminder, we are an Ariens/Gravely/Toro dealer on the riding product side, but we also service all makes and models.

I have the most ridiculous story to share with you all. Its a funny story because I can tell you, Grace has gotten these calls a lot over the years to push out dead lawn mowers that need to get out of the yard asap. If its a customer we have worked with in the past or know personally, we usually include some sort of loaner mower to let the customer finish their lawn and we trade back once their mower is repaired.

Well guess who left early today to mow his lawn which is completely out of control and HIS LAWNMOWER DIED!! I also needed to mow my neighbors lawns on each side of me this afternoon. Kind of embarrassing actually. Every single person in my subdivision knows what I do for a job.

But what did Grace Small Engine do today in my absence? At the end of the day, Sam, Bruce, and Carl ensured I got the loaner mower to my house so I could mow my lawn.

Sure you could say they did it because it was me. They obviously made sure all other customers who had immediate issues were addressed first.

But we have done this exact scenario for many of our customers, and what my boys did today to help me is extremely routine and these guys do this every single day for customers.

Here is a picture of my lawn mower dead, my out of control lawn, and it getting ready to be winched up onto the trailer.

Boys, I know you follow our page. Thanks for all you do with our customers and going above and beyond with everyone so well.

I am extremely thankful I got to experience a version of the service you guys work tirelessly to give every single day.

Also, you are probably wondering why I dont have a Gravely or an Ariens. It is because you cannot operate a zero turn safely in my yard. So big old Garden tractor it is.

Due to contract with Toro, we are unable to post prices, but Toro prices will be negotiable when you come in. Keep in mind, profit margins are thin in this category, but we intend to sell these below the minimum advertised price. Come get a year end deal! All will have a full factory warranty administered by Grace Small Engine!!

You are going to see some posts regarding our Toro inventory moving forward. This post is to help explain what we are doing moving forward at Grace.

To clarify: Toro is not going away from Grace Small Engine. We are however reducing their inventory in a significant way on the zero turns because sales have been on the lower side in this category for us. We service a significant amount of Toro, and we will still be strong in the categories of new Walk mowers, snow blowers, Multiforces, and their 60v line. We have been able to perform warranty services, be a strong parts dealer, and we have fleet customers that really count on us. If for some reason a customer needs a unit, we will absolutely find it for you or place the order. We just will have less of this on display moving forward.

With this news, we will now be an EXCLUSIVE Ariens/Gravely dealer. They are being put on a pedestal as the flagship brands here. When we first decided to be a dealer, frankly we had a hard time deciding which brand would be the flagship brand for us. So, we decided to bring on both and our customers would let us know which way they wanted us to focus our main attention on. Well you let us know very clearly, which leads us to this decision.

I want to thank Ariensco for their partnership and allowing us to grow with them. Here's to many more years!!
