A lot of you might be wondering if you should run your pool pump this weekend with these unusual freezing temperatures.

If you have an automated system, the freeze protection will come on after the air temps get to low. If you have a manual system, running your pump overnight is a good idea. The water can’t freeze if it’s flowing.

If you are a weekly pool maintenance customer please be advised we are trying to get by as many pools as possible to boost chemicals. Full service cleaning will resume once the storm has passed.

Our employees do not have the time to lower water levels. This is the homeowners responsibility. If you choose to lower the water level, you only need to lower a few inches. No need to drop the levels below the skimmer. Please do not place patio furniture in your pools. We will not be able to remove it.

And lastly, we hope everyone stays safe. This is our priority. Once it is safe for our staff to resume service, we will be out to get you taken care of. Please be patient with them, it might take a few visits to get things turned around. Thank you in advance and again stay safe!!!!
