Partial bathroom remodel, Replaced all drains in floor & wall, extended roof vent pipe, repaired dangerous electric wires found under tub, new tub/shower, built in linen shelves, lifeproof vinyl flooring, new toilet and plumbing fixtures, tile above shower, drywall repairs, painting and more. Insurance adjuster tried to settle way below value of damages but I helped fight for a much higher amount.

Burst supply line in upstais bath flooded ceiling and floors, extracted water, ran dehumidifiers and fan for days, remove drywall ceiling and insulation as needed. Hang new drywall/ insulation and finish, misc patches, pipe repair in ceiling, removeal of fireplace and patch pipe opening

Worked with Insurance company to get the customer enough money to cover almost all the cost. Whole house re-plumb.End of January froze everything underneath home. With limited space for a big guy like me, I Installed a new pressure regulator, backflow preventer, main valve, heat tape in crawlspace and all the remaining plumbing is also new and was ran inside and along ceiling. All new water heater re-plumb, new expansion tank. hidden with white covers that i made to fit along ceiling. Single digit temperatures made this one a struggle.
