With the forecast showing persistent rain again next week, we will once again be working around the weather. At this time, we are not taking on any new lawn clients for the remainder of the summer. The frequent rain makes it difficult to get to everyone in a timely manner, and our priority is taking care of our existing customers.

We have also had several bi-weekly clients reach out to see if we can service their properties before the next round of rain. We will do our best, but this is another great reminder of why weekly mowing is beneficial this time of year. When rain falls on your scheduled service day, it can easily push a bi-weekly service to nearly three weeks between cuts.

As always, we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work around Mother Nature.

Our local weather forecast is showing several more days of rain, which means we will once again be working on a delayed schedule.

We will be starting with a few properties that were missed along Old Angleton Road and then moving into central Lake Jackson.

At this time, there is no need to submit work requests. We already have records of which properties are due for service and will get to them as conditions allow. Unfortunately, we can’t schedule the weather, but we can promise we’re doing everything possible to stay on track and take care of our customers.

Our next service area will be Richwood and the neighborhoods along Old Angleton Road. After tomorrow, we should finally be back on schedule.

With more rain forecasted over the next few days, there’s a good chance we’ll be dealing with delays all over again next week. We’ll continue working around the weather and doing everything we can to stay caught up.

With the recent rains over the past few weeks, our schedule has been significantly delayed. We have received several service requests through our billing software, and while we’d love to accommodate those requests the same day, we’re still working hard to get caught up from the weather delays.

Some bi-weekly properties are now approaching three weeks since their last service due to the amount of rain we’ve received. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the backlog.

While your yard is drying out today, our crews will be out in full force over the next few days getting all properties serviced. We’ll begin in central Lake Jackson and work our way outward, with Brazoria scheduled for this weekend.

This is also a great time to consider switching to weekly service. Many bi-weekly properties are now stretching closer to 3 weeks between cuts due to the recent weather. Weekly maintenance helps keep your lawn looking its best and prevents it from getting overgrown during extended periods of rain. Staying proactive with regular service makes a big difference this time of year.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through the recent rain delays. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

🌧️ The rain may have slowed us down, but we’ll be back out in full force this week! We’re aware more rain is forecasted for Wednesday, but we’ll be working well into the weekend to get our schedule back on track.

While you may see some lawn crews out between storms, mowing in saturated conditions can actually damage your yard by leaving ruts and tire impressions. With rain forecasted over the next few days, we’ll be routing our schedule based on location to service everyone as efficiently as possible once conditions improve. We will resume mowing as soon as the ground is dry enough to properly service your property without causing damage.

As much as we would’ve liked to complete all removals before the winter storm, we have fewer than 20 homes left.
Lake Jackson Farms and Oakwood Shores are complete.

Remaining areas:
• Creekside
• Yaupon area
• West Columbia / Angleton

Once weather permits, we’ll finish all remaining removals. Removals typically take 3–4 weeks, and this season has been our most successful yet.
